Job Description

The Volt Irvine Branch is currently hiring a Payroll Administrator for immediate hire. In this role you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll, completing the payroll cycle and check distribution, reviewing timecards for accuracy and compliance, interpreting company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures, supporting supervisors and employees with all payroll related questions, processing and maintaining required court orders, such as wage garnishments and child support orders, calculating manual checks as needed, auditing daily timecard adjustment forms, preparing 401k reports for each pay period and submitting to the plan administrator, preparing FSA (Flexible Spending Account) reports and upload information to the plan administrator, completing employment verification requests, preparing workers compensation and 401k Non-discrimination reports to support annual audits.

We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years’ experience with ADP Enterprise EV5 experience.  

This is a temporary 3 – 6-month temp assignment now but may be extended. Hours are full time, 7am – 3:30pm. Pay is based on experience.
