Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring a team of Premier Customer Support Agents for our client, the largest and fastest growing provider of reloadable  and prepaid debit card services in the country!

The Premier Customer Support Agent will handle inbound call inquiries, collaboratively resolve the customers concerns, and provide a superior customer experience. You must be flexible to work between the hours of 6 am to 12 am, Monday- Sunday


  • Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
  • Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ business
  • Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues


  • 6 Months call center experience is required 
  • Sound problem solving skills in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and data entry
  • Ability to navigate the Internet and web based programs
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within an organization
  • Strong work ethic and excellent record of attendance and punctuality
  • Eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks, which will be conducted and used in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws
