Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions, in partnership with a Kent based industry leader is seeking a Product Coordinator.

This role is responsible for providing support to the Project Strategy team. Specific tasks will include:

  • Maintains data integrity within seasonal line plans along with alignment between Co-op Brands’ product development system and Merchandising style plans
  • Gathers requests then orders and tracks seasonal product samples in support of cross divisional marketing of key stories. Maintains sample library as needed for Product Strategy team.
  • Mines data for the team including standard weekly sales reports and industry data in support of creating seasonal product strategies and developing new business.
  • Creates and seeds templates for strategy presentations, seasonal department plans, and product briefs.
  • Enters department seasonal sales and receipt forecasts into the product development system along with attaching the correct collateral type to each product.
  • Creates and maintains a team calendar and ensures on time achievement of milestone dates.
  • Collates seasonal product naming needs, follows the request through the process, and when complete enters the names into all systems and documents.


  • 2+ years merchandising, retail, marketing, or customer service experience and/or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or related subjects.
  • Proven PC and systems proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be organized and detail oriented while supporting a multi-person team.
  • Excellent Data Entry abilities
