New Opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. 

Long Term Assignment.

The Product Information Management (PIM) Analyst/Tester supports omnichannel PIM processes and serves as lead tester for system functionality and integrations.

Lead PIM system and integration testing

  • Generate test data for integration testing
  • Write test cases for functional testing 
  • Execute test cases 
  • Help resolve defects

Support ongoing initiatives to on board new divisions and products into PIM as subject matter expert (SME)

  • Work with stakeholders to expand data model and attribution for new products
  • Setup data model in PIM
  • Define and develop new business rules and workflows
  • Define new WebUI views
  • Develop relationships with the divisional and business unit subject matter experts and product content specialists (PCS)
  • Work with PCS to expand product and classification hierarchies to reflect NPIs, business acquisitions, and divisional consolidations

Support data modeling, data standardization, data cleanup, and data migration/conversion

  • Work with data stewards and product content specialists (PCS) to monitor data integrity
  • Support future on-boarding of data into PIM to support ERP, ecatalog/ecommerce, website, print, business intelligence, other business systems and external customer/distributor needs

Participate in data governance committee

  • Help define data standards
  • Monitor data conformance
  • Communicate health of data
  • Provide training and/or support in the efforts to create and/or clean-up data
  • Provide global communication/updates on key performance metrics of PIM data

In addition:

Determines and develops approaches to assignments
Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent 
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 years.
