Volt is hiring a team of Customer Service Representatives for our client, a leader in global customer support solutions.

The Job -

Customer Service Representatives respond to inquiries from a variety of sources, including phone calls and emails. Representatives solve customer issues, using a variety of tools and background knowledge, including scripts, hands-on products, client product information, and online knowledge bases. You will provide one-call solutions whenever possible, including escalating issues to supporting tiers when necessary.



Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • Demonstrated customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Data entry skills (type at least 25 wpm)
  • Positive work history
  • Strong PC skills including using multiple programs
  • Good understanding of using the internet
  • Strong decision making, problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Typing speed of 25 wpm or more

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 7am to 9pm; Saturdays 9am - 7pm – must have open availability to work any shift during these hours.
