Product Support Rep III-Tier II Support Representative

Job Description

•Investigate support tickets generated for dealer/customer issues.
•Utilize a catalog of tools to resolve common issues.
•Collaborate with the appropriate product development teams to resolve more complex issues .
•Document solutions to more quickly resolve similar issues in the future.

Desired Prior Work Experience

•Worked in customer support, product support, or IT environment supporting consumer software applications
•Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues.
•Communicated across functional and divisional teams to identify and leverage solutions for complex issues.

Required Skills

•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong troubleshooting skills / analytical problem solving
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and groups
•Flexibility adapting to new tools and processes
•Ability to manage deadlines
•Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company personnel
•Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
•Experience using a variety of mobile devices (Android & iOS)•Agricultural background, especially Precision Farming experience.
•Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering-related field, IT or a similar discipline.
