VOLT is seeking candidates for " Product Support Specialist" role for our client in Seattle, WA. This candidate MUST BE local to Seattle, WA.
It is remote position role but could potentially come into office if everything is situated.
This is a contract position of estimated 3 months with possibility of extension. This is a call center environment and the candidate must be comfortable being on the phone and taking phone calls during shift.
Must Haves
3+ years experience, Call Center environment/Customer Service rep (Highly Preferred)
Tech savvy (will need to troubleshoot and navigate multiple systems)
Able to meet schedule requirements as listed in Notes to Distribution section
Comfortable working in a Call Center environment
