VOLT is seeking candidates for " Product Support Specialist" role for our client in Durham, NC . This candidate MUST BE local to North Carolina ( specially Durham area)
It is remote position role but could potentially come into office if everything is situated.
This is a contract position of estimated 3 months with possibility of extension / conversion to Full time employee.
Must Haves
3+ years experience, Call Center environment/Customer Service rep (Highly Preferred)
Tech savvy (will need to troubleshoot and navigate multiple systems)
Able to meet schedule requirements as listed in Notes to Distribution section
Comfortable working in a Call Center environment
