Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has immediate opportunities for Manufacturing Specialists at Texas Instruments in Sherman TX.   

• Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a clean-room environment, creating semiconductors, ultimately used in all types of electronics!
• Earn *$15.00 - $18.00 to start *Listed hourly rates are calculated by dividing total daily earnings (straight time pay + overtime pay + shift differential, if applicable) by 11.6 hours
• Earn up to 15% of eligible base pay earnings as a part of an annual incentive
• Achieve Work-life balance! - 4 days off one week and 3 days off the next week
• Many day or night shifts immediately available, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• 9 paid holidays

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• A stable and steady work history with at least one year of work experience
• Ability to stand or walk extensively
• Flexible to work days, nights or weekends
