Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking multiple Production Line Lead employees to work for a local company in Elk Grove. 

The Volt office is located at:

1104 Corporate Way Ste 100

Sacramento, Ca 95831

Positions are production based with responsibilities to oversee, monitor, organize and implement overall production operations.  Volt has both morning and night shifts available.  We are seeking candidates who have an availability for full time work.  

The pay rate ranges from $18- $20.00/hr depending on the shift.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leadership and direction to service functions to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor, train, oversee and control operators in charge of product service, as well as process flow function within the facility.
  • Monitor overall day-to-day process operation.
  • Escalate all work place issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform job functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper implementation and execution of all operational aspects of the repair services in process flow matter.
  • Study management methods to ensure proper workflow, simplify reporting procedures, and provide input for cost reductions.
  • Prepare reports, including conclusions and recommendations for solution of administrative problems with production area.
  • Compiles, stores and retrieves management data.
  • Subject Matter Expert for all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on the production line.
  • Provide training and monitor operator qualifications.
  • Work with Quality Assurance team to understand deficits and seek improvements.
  • Oversee hourly & daily production output target.
  • Monitor all employees on line to ensure they adhere to break, lunch and schedule end times.
  • Coach employees who are not following SOP and are making errors on first incident and turn in coaching log daily. 
  • Monitor employee work stations are clean prior to leaving for breaks, lunches and end of shift.

  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills as well as administrative management skills.
