Production Supervisor -2nd shift in Sebastopol, CA at Volt

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for a great food/beverage manufacturing client located in the heart of Sonoma County!

Ideal candidates will come with experience in the Food/Beverage industry and will continue to manage and build on top of their 2nd shift team of 30 employees.  

• Planning, budgeting, making sure the highest quality of products are produced throughout the production operations. 
• Developing, managing and motivating staff, mentoring a team environment 
• Working close with all personnel on (production goals, safety, KPI's, employee relations, and more)
