Our AEROSPACE client is looking to add someone to their team. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Supervisor should be / or preferably certified in the following skill sets:

• J-STD-001(Requirement of Soldering Electrical 7 Electronics Assemblies)
• IPCA-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies)
• IPC/WHMA-A620 (Requirement &Acceptance for Cable & Wire Harness Assemblies)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Follows AS9100 Standards and Practices

•Bilingual is a must and team player (Spanish / English)

•Not only supervise, but get’s hand dirty if needed to help out in departments

• Ensures OSHA compliance standards are being adhered to on the production floor.
• Monitors fire compliance & fire extinguishers so regulatory requirement are met and maintained.
• Monitors equipment so maintenance is up to date.
• Responsible for overseeing some factory maintenance including: safe chemical clean up, end of day assembler housekeeping, and assembler toolbox.
