Dynamic manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Supervisor for our swing shift to coordinate our production and packaging lines, including but not limited to setting up equipment, maintaining consistent out for a high-speed line while supervising a small staff— previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a must. This role requires someone that is extremely hands on with a management/supervisory mindset. The swing shift is from Mondays to Fridays from 3:30 pm – midnight.

This is a full-time position.


  • Adheres to production schedule set by senior Packaging Managers from the day shift
  • Participates in supervising, sanitation, operation, and of production lines and supporting equipment/systems.
  • Trouble shoots production problems and ensures that lines are supplied with all necessary components (i.e. caps, bottles, labels, master cases etc.).
  • Ensures adherence to set schedule while achieving maximum production.
  • Oversees equipment and line sanitation requirements and proper care of equipment.
  • Assigns packaging personnel clean up duties and review paperwork
  • Coordinate and share production and schedules with next shift's lead person (if applicable) to ensure smooth and efficient transition of production runs between each shift.
  • Supervises staff of production associates with: training, motivating, performance reviews, disciplining as needed to ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.


  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent preferred.
  • Five to seven years related experience or equivalent as a Lead or Supervisor
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
  • Nutritional Supplement/Food processing, SQF, GMP knowledge is preferred.

  • Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP/MRP Software
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good judgment, creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
  • Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Collect, interpret, and/or analyze complex data and information
  • Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
  • Calculate figures and amounts.
  • Walk, kneel, squat, bend, stand and climb stairs.
  • Reach, Twist, Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Grab, grasp and use fingers and hands to push buttons and operate machinery
  • Operate a hand jack, pallet jack and forklift.

Pay: $23.00

Shift: Swing – 3:30pm – midnight
