Job Description

Production Support Lead Analyst for the Global Repair Centers. Responsible for managing a team of off-shore contractors that provide production support and User Acceptance Testing(UAT) execution. Lead the repair centers user acceptance testing from script creation, test execution, issue resolution through test completion. Able to provide an accurate assessment prior to UAT sign off, stating sign-off risk and available risk mitigation.

Develop KPI's and report weekly on frequency of production issues relating to systems, and detect patterns due to system gaps. Communicate effectively with throughout the organization to initiate or improve process relating to systems and operational interactions. Support the system program managers with testing and system enhancement changes. Manage the production support team on process improvements, process documentation, and development training materials.
