Production Test Technician

Conducts tests and troubleshoots production items and documents results in test database by performing the following duties

Responsibilities:

• Use commercial/custom test equipment to perform system and module level testing. Testing can consist of manual or automated test data acquisition.
• Proficient with commercial test equipment operation: Signal Generators, AC/DC Power Supplies, Digital Mulitmeter, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Frequency Counters, etc.
• Conduct performance tests to ensure system/assembly/module under test meets the requirements specified by following acceptance test procedures (ATP) or work instructions.
• Typical electronic testing consists of: VDC, VAC, DC current, AC current, arbitrary waveforms – Sine, Square, and Pulsed – Pulse width, Frequency, amplitude,  RF Waveforms – Amplitude,  Frequency, Harmonic, spurious emission measurements.
