Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to join our team as Production Workers at 3M in Menomonie, WI!

Job Description:

The individual hired for this position of Production Worker will have the opportunity to work with film products in a safe and clean production environment.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures
• Performs all quality checks in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Responsible for identifying and escalating any problems that are encountered during manufacturing/packaging process
• Properly use packaging materials and follow all company guidelines regarding packaging
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Documents actions by completing production/quality forms
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results

Pay Rate: $15.50-$16 per hour depending on shift

Location: 3M Menomonie, WI

Basic Qualifications:

• Punctuality and regularity of attendance
• Must be comfortable with standing/working for 8-10 hours per day
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Previous manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to learn new responsibilities and help as needed
