Onsite Program Coordinator
Do you enjoy working with people and problem solving? We are seeking a dynamic Onsite Program Coordinator to provide staffing support and relationship management assistance to a premier Volt customer!
The Onsite Program Manager acts as a relationship manager for the account, creating and maintaining high quality relationships with our field employees, client managers, and the entire Volt staffing support team.
This key onsite relationship manager role will also be responsible to act as a liaison and represent Volt and the client, while acting as an advisor to client managers regarding staffing issues, solutions and contingent workforce usage. Volt is a Fortune 1000 Staffing Company providing full spectrum contingent employee recruitment, professional search services, and managed service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Obtain and assist in the completion of job descriptions, salary ranges, performance reviews, and salary increases
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Present candidates to the client managers
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and necessary training
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a confidential manner
  • Collect and validate accuracy of payroll
  • Conduct off boarding processing including exit interviews
  • Implement surveys to ensure client and employee satisfaction

Position Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a staffing (Onsite) service environment preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in a business setting providing customer service and administrative support required
  • Detail orientation and superior time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
