Great long term opportunity for a Program Manager Coordinator/Assistant for a manufacturing client in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be creative and be comfortable writing departmental newsletters and updating PowerPoint presentations.

Job Description:

  • Develop clear, creative and appealing Power Point presentations
  • Transform existing presentations into creative designs
  • Provide input and assist in the development of an Innovation Wall
  • Develop newsletter for the organization to drive internal and external communication
  • Assist in the development of a slogans and logos
  • Development of technical documents on various programs
  • Video editing
  • Article publishing

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Digital Design Experience
  • Artistic and Creative
  • Ability to create designs that are appealing to the intended audience
  • Advanced Power Point skills or equivalent software
  • Advanced Excel, Visio and Word skills
  • Ability to capture engineering ideas and turn them into a presentation
  • Ability to work well with multi-discipline teams
  • Quick Learner
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Good Interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent Follow Through, Detail-Oriented and Organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical writing capability

Preferred Requirements:

  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
  • Photoshop
  • Experience Using Visual Studios Team Services (VSTS)
