Position: Program Mgr Non-Tech 2
Type: Contingent
Duration: 12 months – Likely to ext to full term 
Location: Redmond WA

OVERVIEW:
Seeking a project program/marketing manager to support the incubation and launch of a new program in education. The program will bring together a new community of global new school construction projects in a multi-year cohort. The program will officially launch in September 2018 and require community management and program outreach throughout.

Top Must-Have Hard Skills/Experience:

  • We are looking for a strong program manager to support all aspects of the program.
  • No education experience is needed, rather this person will be responsible for driving communications, supporting the community online network, organizing regular conference calls, managing the status and progress updates of each school (likely around 20 schools) as well as other things to be defined.
  • ?There will be customer connections so it is critical this person is mature and can ensure customer satisfaction with the engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall strategy for the Flagship Schools Program. 
  • Support the management and community of the school leaders selected for the Flagship Schools Program. 
  • Identify opportunities where teams and partners can engage with Flagship Schools. 
  • Support the marketing elements of the Flagship program and plan for September launch
  • Create learning content for the Flagship Schools program by working with our expert partners
  • Manage the Flagship Schools Online Network, providing timely responses, community management and the identification of high quality learning content. 
  • Help with partner management of our external founding partners • Manage the three-day Flagship Schools cohort meetup. 
  • Manage the creation of a Flagship Schools video series. 
  • Manage data, reporting and program learning to strategically inform future programs.
