Job Description

Position: Program Mgr Non-Tech 4 (GTA Global Talent)
Type: Contingent
Duration: 12 months – Likely to ext to full term 
Location: Redmond WA

Top Must-Have Hard Skills/Experience:

  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations
  • Executive-level presence
  • Ability to frame complex, often technical subjects, in a non-technical fashion
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize large volumes of information and identify the most relevant items, for communication both broadly as well as to executives
  • Ability to communicate with challenging stakeholders with professionalism, balance, clarity of messages, and with the proper urgency for the situation.

OVERVIEW:

  • Plan and prepare Global Talent Acquisitions (GTA) communications on tactical process or tool changes
  • Work with GTA Business Manager on including ecosystem messaging into broader GTA communication strategy
  • Prepare and distribute periodic update mails to GTA (e.g., the weekly mail)
  • Regular periodic FAQ review and updates – ensuring new issues found by the team have documented responses and messaging for the team to use (and for this person to communicate)
  • Prepare executive-level ecosystem decks in support of program owner and PMO
  • Function as the GTA ecosystem ambassador – carrying our messaging in person as needed to teams inside and outside of GTA,
