Job Description:

This manufacturing company located in Everett, WA which is a privately held company founded in 1984 and provides end to end electronic manufacturing services including Design, Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), complete Box Builds, final System Integration and Test is seeking a Program Manager for a full-time, direct opportunity.

The Program Manager, providing a single point of customer contact, is responsible for outstanding customer service through the management, performance and completion of major account programs. They will manage and direct, with full authority, all phases of a program from inception to completion. Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate is preferred to have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required skill, knowledge and abilities. Minimum of four (4) years of progressive business management and/or manufacturing operations experience, Minimum two (2) years in a Program Management role.

Experience managing projects from concept through production; material control/scheduling, and cost accounting/budgeting. General understanding of financial concepts (i.e., budgeting and analysis) as well as planning, scheduling and forecasting knowledge/ Applied knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.). Strong customer service focus

Key points:

The hiring manager is seeking a hands-on Program Manager that has experience working in a high-volume environment. Candidate must have forecasting, high volume, and excellent communication skills. This is a high visibility position. Experience with electronics manufacturing preferred. Selected candidate must have fortitude and be passionate about their work. Supporting customer visits site frequently so you must be able to be diplomatic and courteous.
