Job Summary

Volt currently has an opening for a Program Manager at our client site in Cupertino, CA.  In this role you will be responsible for creating, leading and implementing effective program(s) that deliver a consistent brand experience in our global retail partner’s stores.  All program(s) developed and implemented need to employ quality and scalability across each of our reseller partners.  You will work with key stakeholders across Training, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology Teams and others to deliver innovate sales enablement solutions and programs.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, develop staff programs with components such as playbooks, sell-in decks, RFP’s, process flow, training and communications material.
  • Analyze current program coverage, performance and finances that influence worldwide staffing decisions alongside regional Sales and Finance Leadership.
  • Partner and lead regional stakeholders on the deployment of programs by driving the set-up of infrastructure to deploy a successful program based on their specific regional needs.
  • Participate in the Center of Excellence for Retail staffing programs.
  • Develop solutions that foster people engagement with our products and services, including strategic sales events, engagement programs, rewards and incentives.
  • Manage program cycles by developing strategies and operational solutions that ultimately mitigate issues, increase engagement and drives results.
  • Identify and lead technological program enhancements that drives scalability and reports on consistent program KPIs.
  • Analyze, compile and communicate monthly reports of program execution, results, and gaps to stakeholders and executives.
  • Analyze and model worldwide staffing coverage solutions in several sales routes to market.
