Project Coordinator 2

This is an estimated 12 month temporary position in Renton, WA and is offered through Volt Workforce Solutions. We are among the largest staffing companies in the US for contingent/temporary and direct hire placements, and support many of the top rated Pacific Northwest companies.

The Project Coordinator participates in relevant projects, manages minor projects, provides daily support in maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings, produces project reports, and provides other general office support. The Project Coordinator must be effective in time management while dealing with multiple projects and tasks. In this role, the Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in implementation of projects and programs assigned to the team.

Requirements:

An Associate's degree OR equivalent education and experience in healthcare, project management, business or clinical operations or information technology. Education in Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles preferred. The position requires at least 3-4 years demonstrated work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in planning a project or business/clinical operations. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Experience:

Proactively identifies and participates in staffing and department quality improvement projects. Develops process maps and recommends process improvements to support increased efficiencies. Completes literature searches and small research projects. (Management) Manages small or low complexity project tasks with minimal supervision. Coordinates all aspects of capital purchasing, appropriate operational expenditures, and assists with managing the project budget. (Operational) Develops, maintains and distributes program/project information and documentation using standard documentation. May include meeting agendas, minutes, scheduling meetings, status reports, share department documents, SharePoint, PR3 and others. Performs assigned individual project tasks and modules and contributes to completion of team tasks accurately and timely. Conducts training for customers on projects as appropriate. Develops communication materials such as newsletters, emails, brochures and others by working closely with communication and marketing partners. Runs reports and analyzes data through PR3 software to support specific project work. Plans, coordinates and facilitates for multiple project meetings. Other duties as assigned.
