Volt is hiring for a Facilities Coordinator in Fremont Ca.

Job Description:

  • Supporting role to Project Manager, Facility and Operation Team
  • Maintain and organize construction submittals and approval
  • Following up with internal department on the status of construction
  • Understanding the construction schedule and remind Project manager of any potential delays
  • Coordinate with Architect, General Contract and Project Manager to ensure quality standards are being met
  • Preparing meeting minutes and weekly status report
  • Keep track of all the purchase order agreements
  • Monitor Cost control budget
  • Managing all document control of RFI submittals, change orders, correspondence, and report in a systematic and traceable manner
  • Assis in punch list tracking and review
  • Various administrative project tasks
  • Other duties as directed by Project Manager
