Position: Project Mgr Non-Tech 2 (WWCDM - World Wide Channel and  Device) marketing) Team
Type: Contingent
Duration: Thru 6/30 (Ext likely - 18 mths) 
Location: Bellevue, WA

OVERVIEW:
Plan , Execute , Measure and Monitor work back plans for key programs and work seamlessly with WWCDM( World Wide Channel and  Device marketing) Team to drive continuous improvements to improve the efficacy of program delivery, progressively iterate and enhance program delivery and execution by leveraging productivity tools including excel, PowerPoint , SharePoint, Support in creating presentations for key executive reviews by creating compelling and interesting presentations that succinctly delivery project status. Establish program/project milestones and rhythm of business within WWCDM like weekly syncs and work with other segments and contributing teams working with - and through - designated work-stream leaders. Demonstrate excellence in managing schedules, calendar management and overall management of meetings with proactive support and help to WWCDM Lead to be productive.

There will be a very high interaction with the team and lots of collaboration with the team. This candidate will need to be onsite every day.

Top Must-Have Hard Skills/Experience:

  • Min 3-5 years of experience, this experience could be in marketing, business and other communication roles.
  • Experience with Sharepoint  and MSFT office.
  • Experience in a planning/coordinator position (fast pace work environments).
  • Experience with consumer side of program management.

Additional Skills/Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of leading complex / matrixed teams.
  • 3 to 5 years of Program or Project Management with increasing scope.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including high competencies in creating PowerPoint presentations , exec reporting with dashboards etc. , SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
  • Great work ethic and experiences in large organization in co-ordination and working with a senior leader and cross functional teams would be highly desirable.
