VOLT has partnered with a large organization who is seeking a Project Manager for a 2 month contract.  The ideal candidate will be a PMP certified individual with experience in a Six Sigma or Agile environment.  Please review the entire description and apply today if you are qualified and interested.

• Provide strong project management support for initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience 
• Work closely with Program Leads to prioritize key deliverables and ensure alignment with the overall program. 
• Apply Six Sigma and Service Design principles in effort to streamline throughput and ensure projects deliver successful customer outcomes. 
• Organize project resources to achieve objectives 
• Facilitate work stream meetings with team members to ensure solid and timely execution of project decisions and deliverables. 
• Develop detailed project schedule with milestones of key deliverables 
• Define and manage changes to project scope and budget 
• Ensure relevant stakeholders are updated regarding project. Escalate issues requiring management attention. 
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 
• Manage the relationship and communication plan for all stakeholders 
• Work proactively and cross-functionally with the team to ensure top-quality deliverables and transparent identification of potential risks and issues. 
• Serve as owner for work stream project plans and status updates. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects 
• PMP Certification preferred 
• Experience or certification with Six Sigma, Service Design, and Agile preferred
• Excellent communication skills 
• Critical competencies: project management, initiative leadership/influencing, driving results, problem solving/analysis, communication skills (oral/written), and strategic thinking. 
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams to manage multiple priorities.
