Job Summary

We’re looking for a Project Manager to establish and drive engineering process work-flows for a new line of products as well a new business organization. An ideal candidate will be able to effectively interact with multiple stake-holders across a multi-region cross-functional team to comprehend and outline an engineering process, with dependencies, risks, deliverables and time-estimates. You’ll work closely with product marketing, design, validation for the same and bridge all gaps and document each of these processes and finally plan a training session to roll-out the new NPI process for organization.

Key Qualifications

• Previous experience working with engineering work-flows, with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with engineering and logistics teams, with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to document best practices by communicating with different stake-holders and gathering engineering details.
• Passion for effective processes and methodologies that will improve the productivity of the organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all tiers of a business unit, including management, peers.

Co-ordinate with engineering teams to understand resources and deliverables required by each stake-holder, combine it into an effective dependency based process. Regularly interact with all teams spread across the country, to enhance level of understanding with detail, specs, complexity with each process. Manage conflicting priorities of engineers in an efficient and resolute manner, bring multiple stake-holders to a round-table if necessary.

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience Project management education or certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, etc.) . Previous experience in a semiconductor environment preferred.
