Job Description

The main objective of the Project Support Coordinator role  is to support the Program Manager (PgM) and multiple Project Managers (PM) in the various projects in the coordination, planning and control of projects.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create new users & request accesses;
  • Administer documentation platform;
  • Open Service Requests/tickets to solve issues;
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members;
  • Create and follow purchase request;
  • Providing administrative support as needed;
  • Supporting in the delivery of the project :
    • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project according to company methodology;
    • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings based on material/inputs provided by & discussed with PMO;
    • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, resources plans, actuals reports;
    • Risk management documentation;
  • Coordination of Communication activities such as newsletter;
  • Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits.


  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study;
  • Three years experience in related field;
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work well with large and diverse teams including remote / virtual teams;
  • Experience with project management tools to create, manage, and track project;
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook, MS project;
  • Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedures;
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to analyze and present information;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
  • Able to prioritize own workload, set realistic planning and meet deadlines;
  • English is necessary, French is a plus.
