Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a great candidate with property management experience or background in handling lease terminations and evictions in Fargo. 

Pay: $45,000 per year

Duties include:

  • Overseeing eviction processes
  • Collections of accounts receivable 
  • Lease terminations and reviewing policies
  • Discussing housekeeping 

Qualified applicants:

  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Experience with property management or affordable housing
  • Excellent Communication and writing skills
  • Must be able to work independently, follow procedures, and establish priorities
