Outstanding verbal communication and strong written skills are essential for the Property Management Assistant in Santa Maria, CA.

Ability to interact with Tenants, Vendors and Owners in a positive, poised, and  professional manner.
Ability to assist in answering multiple phone calls, answer questions, and maintain self-control in emotionally stressful situations.
Knowledgeable in Federal and State Fair Housing Laws and familiar with Property Management Systems is helpful.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to prepare and issue legal notices, maintenance of all records and documents and reports to Tenants and Owners.
Ability to perform home inspection as needed.
Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping database current.
Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner, including leases and contracts.
Prepare annual budget, common area reconciliations and of monthly financial reports.
Prepare work orders and service agreements for vendor work.
Prior leasing and strong customer service experience is helpful.

This is a Fulltime position. Saturdays may be required. Salary is DOE.
