Job Description

Volt is immediately hiring a Part Time Administrative Assistant for placement with Graco Inc.  Leading provider of premium pumps and spray equipment for fluid handling in the construction, manufacturing, processing and maintenance industries.

Job Purpose:
Provide administrative, telecommunications and planning support to the Corporate Facilities Manager.

20-25 hours per week
7:30am-11:30am Mon-Friday
Pay:  DOQ

Essential Duties:
  • Coordinates all activities related to processing department expenses to include: purchase orders, invoices, check requests, construction payments and electronic expense reports.
  • Handles all department reports and confidential documentation related to acquisitions, real estate, equipment and other capital.
  • Schedules meetings, maintains calendars, makes travel arrangements, orders supplies, maintains files, and distributes mail and acts as first line contact for Corporate Facilities.
  • Coordinates corporate telecommunication activities to include cellular telephone programs, telephone systems hardware, software, voicemail and detailed reporting.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Must be able to commute to all client locations (Anoka, Rogers and NE Minneapolis)
  • Must meet all pre-employment eligibility requirements
