Actively Hiring for a Purchasing Admin for a successful manufacturing company in Santa Maria!

This is a very exciting career opportunity that will not only sharpen your skills but will allow you to grow as a professional. Starting pay rate for this position is $15 per hour. 

Job Duties Include:

-Execute ERP material requirements

-Monitor status of open orders and ensure on time delivery to eliminate future problems or restraints

-Responsible for expediting or deferring orders as required based on schedule changes

-Identify areas of leverage/cost reduction and opportunities for cost of goods

-Responsible for managing supplier performance score cards to promote health and clarity in the supply chain

-Responsible for managing and resolving disputes with supply partners

-Responsible for tracking production demand to support inventory requirements

-Ensure compliance to company policies, processes and quality procedures

-Identifying potential suppliers for parts and processes relating to new product development

-Assist Inventory Clerk with issuing, kitting, cycle counting and other inventory functions as needed


-Three years of experience in a manufacturing environment

-Purchasing experience 

-Strong Computer skills 

-Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

-Ability to create tracking tools, prioritize and multitask between tasks
