Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator for a large manufacturer of heat shrinking products. The QA Administrator’s role is to provide administrative support to help the quality Department deliver success in line with the corporate business plan/vision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative projects and/or process support for the Quality Department, supporting the Quality Manager and other Quality Department personnel.
  • Maintain records, processes, and procedures, including responsibility for data entry of specific quality-related information.
  • Coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties.
  • Interact with company personnel at all organizational levels.
  • May be required to perform duties of a critical or confidential nature.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in English (i.e. read, write, speak, and understand).
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years Operations or Quality Administrative experience (or similar experience).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good organization/planning/record keeping skills.
  • Team player; work to project completion.
  • Ability to learn quickly, Multitask and make connections between ideas that may not always be readily obvious.
