Temporary Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsibilities:

  • Driving quality and reliability during new product development.
  • Creating and executing test plans for complex electro mechanical systems including reliability, performance, functional, and regression tests. Reporting out on the results.
  • Strong hands-on testing, trouble shooting and root cause analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum 4-year university degree in engineering (computer, electrical or mechanical engineering), physics or similar is required.
  • Hands-on capability of testing, trouble shooting and root cause analysis.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).

Desirable Qualifications include:

  • Experience creating and executing test plans for complex electro mechanical systems is preferred.
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the engineering function
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability
  • Knowledge of specifying, modeling, verifying and reporting system reliability.
  • Knowledge of reliability growth modeling and Weibull analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling using DOE and SPC.
