Responsibilities:

• Train new and/or existing employees. Work with all inspectors on a continuous basis to ensure procedures are followed
• Prepare inspection reports
• Maintain records as required by Quality System Procedures
• Assist supervisor in evaluating inspectors
• Perform FAI inspection.
• Conduct daily FAI Status meetings to ensure effective and timely communication of real-time problem resolution
• Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to all members of assigned team
• Assist Quality Manager and Quality Inspection Supervisor with performance reviews and talent management for the FAI team periodic written performance evaluations
• Other duties as required in support of the department and the company*

Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum of 3 years inspection experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Company preferred
• OK with OT
