VOLT has partnered with a great company that is looking for a Quality Document Administrator. This is a temporary role. $20+ DOE

**Requires knowledge of GMP’s in order to apply**

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and administers documentation control for assigned business unit
  • Maintains and monitors policies, operating procedures, specifications, standards, quality manuals, test procedures, customer complaints, standard deviations, etc. for quality, engineering, manufacturing, product, process or safety business units.
  • Incorporates changes into database systems and generates reports for new and existing standards utilizing personal computer-based software or mainframe on-line systems.  Generates standard and unique reports as needed
  • Verifies and ensures data accuracy and completeness prior to releasing documents for distribution.
  • Coordinates and ensures compliance to Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and other appropriate government agency standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Experience working with controlled documents and change management systems.
  • Experience in a cGMP, FDA regulated manufacturing facility.
  • Must have high school diploma/GED
  • Must be able to pass background check
