We are actively seeking a Quality Specialist for our client in Durham, NC. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is a global leader in the field of in vitro diagnostics.

The duration of the assignment is up to six months.


  • Experience with TrackWise or other EQMS application, as an expert user or Admin .
    • Provide user support for simple questions from the business users.
    • Creation of User Account and permission assignment
    • Participate in application Changes (URS completion, Test Case authoring, execution and review, etc)
  • Perform Business Approvals within the Learning Portal application.
    • Updating related Excel workbook.
  • Assist with ongoing activities in Learning Portal
    • Merging of  French and English modules together.
    • Harmonize the settings of all learning modules.
  • Communication Support - assist with ongoing activities to deliver change and project related communications..
    • Creation and delivery activities
  • Training and SOP material support - creation and/or updates.
  • TrackWise and  Quality experience a real plus.


  • Quick learner that has experience working with computer applications (preferably TrackWise or other EQMS) and MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills and works well with others.
  • Quality experience with URS writing and Test Case execution / review a plus.
  • Experience in a Computer Application User Support role – creating user accounts and permissions is a plus.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (Ex: Cornerstone or Compliance Wire) preferred.
