What do you get to do in this position?

QA Inspector

This position is responsible for testing, troubleshooting and repairing basic to moderately complex high voltage electronic, electrical, and electro-mechanical products. This is an entry-level position into the Test area. Normally does not energize the equipment or do anything electrical without the direction of a Tester.

We will provide up to 4 weeks of training to get you on the right path! Training is held on A shift, you will then be moved to B shift or C shift. Training hours are Monday-Friday 6:00 am -2:30 pm, B shift hours are Monday-Thursday 3:15 pm-1:45 am. C shift hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5:00 am - 5:30 pm. With expected overtime as needed.

Job Description:

-Responsible to support standardization of the quality process, using information collected from the manufacturing operations and then applying problem-solving techniques as needed.

-Responsible for advising/training the production workers in updated work procedures (instructions) and productions and quality related tasks.

-Responsible for supporting the creation, updating, distribution and control of work instructions relating to operational tasks

-Responsible for supporting the quality management of customer complaints

-Responsible for audit support on QA within the manufacturing environment

-Liaison with the production team to ensure QA standards are complied with and deliver information on non-conformances from audits/inspections performed.

-Will use hand and power tools daily.

-Position requires periodic overtime on a short notice to meet customer service.



-MUST HAVE two year Associates' Degree or Certification in Electrical Engineering or similar field.

-High School Diploma or GED

- Experience:

-Mechanical Assembly experience preferred

-Able to read and understand schematics

-Troubleshooting skills

- Must have a strong focus on Safety

-Must be able to pass a 7 year criminal background check and a drug screen.
