Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for a Receiving Administrative Assistant!

Actively seeking an administrative assistant with inventory and receiving experience. This position will be responsible for handling all aspects of receiving and keeping accurate records. Office functions, including copying, filing and distributing documents, maintaining office supplies, processing customer orders, payments, and supplier invoices. This includes using a computer, and office equipment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work 40 or more hours a week Monday through Saturday. Bilingual is preferred.

These positions vary in compensation, industry and some require technical assessment testing to qualify (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Typing, Data Entry - all testing is administered by Volt and we have computers available for testing as well!
