Job Description

Volt is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Support, to join our team working with our client, in SANTA BARBARA, California area. This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of converting to client's staff, depending on factors such as attendance and performance.

Pay: $11 - $14.76/hour, depending on experience

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (1 Hr Lunch)

Duration: 2 Months

 
Job Duties and Responsibilities

The client is a printer/scanner manufacturer who also provides business solutions to their clients. A Receptionist/Administrative Support provides exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls from all over the United States and more. This position would involve handling those administrative tasks. Along with a level of technical aptitude they are looking for folks with exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, And Certifications)

  • Requires high school diploma/GED and 1–2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills
  • Good PC skills- MS Office Suite experience is a plus, specifically Word and Excel
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Mathematical and filing skills
  • Ability to use office machines and technical equipment.
