Job Description

Volt is seeking a Receptionist to join our team working with our client, a global leader in document production, imaging, and business services in the San Francisco, CA area. This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of converting to client's staff, depending on factors such as attendance and performance.

Details

Pay: $14/HR - $17.69/HR Depending on experience

Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week

Duration: 1-2 Months

 
Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets the public.
  • Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
  • Schedules meeting rooms 
  • Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States. 
  • Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
  • Performs light Administrative duties. 

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, And Certifications)

  • Requires high school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of receptionist experience .
  • Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite. (Word, Excel specifically)
  • Good customer service skills 
  • Good organization and communication skills
