Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors to the appropriate company personnel; makes sure all visitors entering the building register through TractionGuest and conducts Wellness (temperature) Screening.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and guidelines.
  • Distributes and receives applications for job seekers.
  • Prepares and distributes invoices to customers as jobs are completed.  
  • Processes payments for COD (cash on delivery) transactions, as needed.
  • Clarifies any questions pertaining to invoices received from customers and maintains Finance manager informed of any issues.
  • Sends periodically statements of account to customers for collections purposes.
  • Scans invoices for filing purposes to our local storage system.
  • Respects confidentiality in discussing any organizational matters, including but not limited to pricing, business practices, personnel, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7am-4:30pm and weekends as needed.


  • Education: High School Diploma, required but College graduate is preferred.
  • Required Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience Required: Office administration / 2 years + experience in billing and/or accounting function
  • Skills/Abilities: Phone Etiquette, Integrity, Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Communication Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization.
