Volt has an Immediate opening for a Recruiter in Roseville.

In this role you will be responsible for successfully identifying and placing top talent. If you are looking to start your career in HR and Recruiting, then we are looking for you to join the team!

Essential Functions:

• Engage passive external candidates using various sourcing tools/methods/channels.

• Interact with potential candidates through multiple social media platforms, industry associations/conferences, and existing database.

• Identify candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).

• Pre-qualify candidates, recommend candidates for employment.

• Advise Talent Acquisition team on any labor market trends.

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.

• Construct and send sourcing/recruiting emails.

• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Request referrals from current employees and external networks.

• Ensures that service standards are achieved on a continual basis to include 100% compliance on client service requirements (SLA’s).

• Focuses efforts on client and candidate retention/satisfaction; continually works to enhance relationships; utilizes quality control methods to ensure clients and candidates remain well satisfied with services.

• Conduct references.

• Other duties as assigned

Top Skills:

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools (LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc…)

• Successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates


• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1+ years of sourcing/recruiting in the staffing or similar

• Experience with Bullhorn is a plus; or similar HRIS system
