A strong Recruiter is needed!!!

Our client is seeking an experienced, high caliber Recruiter to provide recruiting on a contractor basis (6+ months), to include candidate sourcing, resume review, consultation with hiring managers, candidate interviews, as well as offers. You will partner with HR Generalists and Business Partners and hiring managers to identify needs, job specifications, and qualifications necessary to fill positions in a timely manner, in compliance with EEO Regulations and Affirmative Action goals and objectives. Your experience(s) in Recruiting Operations, Quality, R&D and IT candidates will be an essential for this role.  Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruiting. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus. Strong computer skills including proficiency with the Internet. Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization, and attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks. Ability to follow-up, communicate effectively and work with all levels within an organization. Your strong qualifications and working knowledge of “applicant tracking systems is preferred!!
