Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with the largest and fastest growing provider of reloadable prepaid debit cards and services in the U.S. to identify a Recruiter for their growing team.  This position is critical to ensuring the company's continued growth and success by identifying top talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.  

Responsibilities:

  • Market open positions and source quality candidates using direct sourcing, networking, job boards and advertisements
  • Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates, screening for skills needed for a variety of positions with an emphasis on technical positions
  • Present offers to candidates, with the ability to negotiate salary as well as discuss details of the benefits package
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on position requirements to develop a recruiting strategy, job description, and screening process
  • Work with recruiting team to develop new processes to improve efficiencies in recruiting and hiring employees, contractors, and temporary workers
  • Manage outside staffing agencies to assist in meeting recruiting goals when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting position, preferably within a financial services organization
  • 2+ years of recruiting for IT technical positions
  • Experience managing outside staffing agencies and contract negotiation
  • Ability to multi-task and manage requisitions in a fast-paced and growing organization
  • Ability to follow documented processes and procedures
  • Very detailed oriented and ability to think independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Act as a business partner to internal customers, with the ability to understand organizational staffing development as it relates to business strategies
  • Exposure to ATS and HRIS systems, preferably Workday
