Staffing Coordinator- Employee Relations

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for an Recruiting Coordinator!  This is an opportunity to jumpstart your career with a highly reputable company in the staffing industry!  The Recruiting Coordinator will provide general administrative customer service and support to internal and external talent for the program.  By promoting and developing positive working relationships in the delivery of our service offerings, the Coordinator act as a liaison in the recruiting and/or delivery process to support various screening, onboarding and talent management processes.

Job Duties:

  • Requisition Management
  • Onboarding Tracker/Compliance/Audits
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Special Projects (as assigned)

Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM (Flexible)

Requirements:

  • Great customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Professional Customer Service
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Post-Secondary Education strongly preferred
