Recruiting Coordinator

Temporary assignment (90 days)

  • Scheduling candidate interviews: in-person & phone/skills interviews / corresponding & confirming with candidates and managers.
  • Candidate Travel
  • Background checks
  • Managing Internal Approval Workflow System (Sitelink) & forwarding approved contractor requests to Volt
  • Post jobs to careers website and external job boards
  • Reporting, Other duties as assigned, Potential for projects
  • May help source and screen resumes.


  • Highschool Diploma/GED Required
  • Professional Demeanor
  • Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
