Job Description


The Recruitment Specialist supports the full cycle of the recruitment process including the development of search strategies, recruiting, interviewing, referencing, offer creation and negotiation, and coordination.  Support  full cycle recruitment needs, including new hire orientation and select HR duties. The Global Mobility Specialist will support the mobility and expat functions. This role serves as the point of contact for all inbound and outbound moves (long term and short term) to and from the U.S., seeing all relocation's through from start to finish.   Back up support to Front Desk and assistance with related corporate projects such as Employee Engagement and other social and party events.

As part of the HR team, this position requires a high energy, problem-solver.  This is a minimal supervision position where you will be in charge, and responsible for projects and areas of responsibility. The key focus is being the responsible and responsive point of contact to the employees.

This is a non-exempt position with the office hours of M-F, 8 am – 5 pm.  Position offers company cellphone and laptop.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related on the job experience in HR or recruiting.
  • Knowledge of business principles and concepts
  • Proficient in English (written and oral); Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP helpful

Recruitment Duties

  • Screen incoming resumes/CVs; conduct initial phone interviews; Initiate references and offer letters
  • Coordinates and schedules formal, in-person interviews for internal/external applicants for open positions.
  • Manages the assignment, retrieval and recording of all travel arrangements, interview scheduling, interview packets, pre-employment assessments (in applicable) and follow up
  • Oversee transition and qualifications screening for all internal transfers.
  • Develop position descriptions and job postings
  • Handle all aspects of on-boarding new hires in accordance with legal and policy requirements; Conduct orientation; draft announcements;
  • Ensures necessary clearances are obtained prior to start date (license verification, certifications, physical and background check, and work authorization).
  • Complete background checks; Generate offer letters; Generate rejection emails
  • Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing HQ forms for notification of employment, announcements; notifying the department of employees starting date.
  • For headquarters, maintain headcount report, benefits report,
  • Assist with all employee monthly meeting including setting up webinar/conference call; preparing Employee of the Month plaque and Employee Appreciation frames;
  • Assist with other employee events; Employee Engagement meetings and other
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required

Global Mobility Duties

  • Point of contact for Expats before and during their stay .
  • Handle all aspects of new hire orientation and relocation's, moves to and from the US, that require relocation, including immigration, relocation firms, and conduct pre and post assignment briefings.
  • Coordinate with attorney on visa applications; update all parties of status of visa process/application.
  • Prepare documentation for L1 and OPT applications (instruction provided).
  • Oversee Expat programs, policies and administration of mobility processes based on best practices to meet business needs.
  • Manage or oversee Corporate house for Expats, including coordinating repairs, cleaning service, and other requests to maintain maintenance of corporate house.
  • Other duties as needed.
