Job Description

Job Summary/Scope:

As a regional key executive and industry knowledge expert, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sale of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services and Software products to Physician practices, Hospitals, DMEPOS suppliers and healthcare facilities in the marketplace across the Tri-state and surrounding areas. He/she will be responsible for generating opportunities for the company’s strategic business partners which include healthcare software providers as well as various industry groups and associations.


  • Assist in the development of marketing plans and technical development of products and services
  • Identify and source new prospects using various sourcing methodologies
  • Actively, manage, update and maintain CRM tool to ensure all accounts are properly scoped and classified

Account Management:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication with prospects and clients relative to relations building and problem resolution
  • Collaborate implementation of new deals internally with the team throughout beginning phases of client set up to keep customer informed and maintain a positive customer relationship
  • Work with team at all times to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Generate reports
  • Work with the Chief Sales Officer to structure strategies in accordance with thresholds
  • Schedule time with customers on a Quarterly basis
  • Periodic required travel for customer prospect visits, industry events, trade shows
  • Other duties as assigned by the Chief Sales Officer


Education, Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful service sales experience specifically in the area of physician/health system revenue cycle outsourcing services, patient accounting, receivables and contract management.
  • Experience using SalesGenie preferred
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and effectively prioritize workload
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
