Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is supporting a client that is the largest and fastest growing provider of reloadable prepaid debit cards and prepaid debit card services in the U.S. The company's debit cards enable virtually anyone to make purchases, pay bills, secure reservations, and shop online without the need for a bank account or credit history.

We are looking to hire a Temporary Regulatory and Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist to help the company develop and expand its innovative business in a complex and dynamic regulatory environment, supporting the company’s lawyers and business managers.  The Temporary Regulatory and Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist will assist in a project to draft and review consumer-facing account agreements and marketing collateral. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to apply a set of standards to account agreements and marketing collateral and to provide timely feedback to the business teams. The successful candidate should have the ability to multi-task, think pragmatically and work independently and collectively as required.

This position will report directly to the company’s lead Regulatory Counsel and it will be part of the Legal Department based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Support legal team and marketing professionals in development of account materials derived from a set of templates.
  • Conduct regulatory reviews of various materials and collateral and provide timely feedback. 
  • Assist in queue management and record-keeping related to development of account materials. 

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Experience in MS Word, MS Excel, and Word Perfect.
  • Exceptional written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make timely decisions and work well with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to exercise judgment in order to prioritize tasks and meet deadline with flexibility in work schedule.
